I has been working in the health and fitness industry for four years and hold a First Class Degree in Sports and Exercise Science. I am also nearing completion of my UEFA C Licence in football.

I have played football at both professional and semi professional levels.

I am passionate about making exercise accessible, enjoyable and inclusive for everyone, regardless of age or ability.
